7.Q: Are you the factory or one trading company?  A: We are a factory. We often collaborate with many foreign client. 

8.Q: How to precede the order if i have our own logo to print?  A:Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation,and then we will produce a real sample for your confirmation, if mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production. 

9. Q: How about the package? A:We supply various sizes of package according to the products, normally we packed 1 set in a box, 6 sets or 12 sets in a carton. 

10. Q: If one of the transmitter or receiver is damaged, can I buy it? A:Be sure that is our brand products, you should provide S/N No. and CH No. on the label of the products.
